Star Nursery
Within the density of cosmic clouds
Birth and death scream together
At the mercy of their devastating energy
Luminous nuclear lanterns burn in the void
Celestial clusters fit for galactic postcards
Stellarscapes stationary from the ground
From Draper’s lens to Hubble’s ever gaze
The ginormous look molecular
An ultra violet light show spectacular
The picturesque deceiving without the sound
In this glittering cauldron stirs chaos
Booming and blasting and cracking and spitting
Collapsing energy falls roaring invisible avalanches
Into a whirling womb of elemental raving
Immanent Supernova explosions will eject heavy metal
For planetary formation on stellar winds through space and time
Collecting and colliding random concoctions deciding
The DNA of future planets made of stars.
